I'm loving this new resource! I have just picked up a book at the library on "Spill Journaling" (a sort of scrap book journal)...this ties in so well. The idea is to not think about what your spilling, but to just put it down on paper quickly and without thought as to the end result. Thanks for this great tie-in. I'm looking forward to fine tuning my spirit ears and hearing Father more clearly.
